We Recently investigated Mare Island in Vallejo, CA. Many claim this old navy base is haunted by the spirits of sailors and people who have died from accidents and explosions. We gathered alot of great evidence. check out the video.

Ghost count: 0.
The only evidence you gathered was of your self-deception or willingness to try to fool others.
Your interpretation of your 'EVPs' bear no resemblace to what is heard, and the device you use at 7:50 then from 9:22, is nothing more than a scanning radio that transmits short bursts of audio from different radio stations, which you have the audacity to present as spirit communication.
It's hard to be certain of your real agenda, but if you're trying for your own TV show, you don't have a ghost of a chance.
This video is best summed-up by the dialogue at 2:46 - 2:51.

So where do these alleged hauntings come from? I have tried reading up on the history of the island, but all I see is a history of building ships for the US Navy.
Illegal immigration isn't a new concept in the US. Just ask the Native Americans.
