In 1815, dentistry as we know it today was in its infancy - and the mouths of the rich were rotten. So they took teeth for their dentures from the bodies of tens of thousands of dead soldiers on the battlefield at Waterloo.

Freaky.... The article mentioned that teeth are one of the reasons people would rob bodies from graves. Icky...

Hah! Nice :P If rich people could get away with doing this today, I bet you they would! lol, I mean women wear other womens hair as extensions, why not wear some poor young soldiers pearly whites!?

Didn't they have to worry about sanitation? the mouth is one of the most places infected with germs.
