I remember watching a show where it said the Mayan's predicted the world to end in 2012 or something like that.

1) I think this needs moved to the skeptics section
2) I really don't put much faith in dooms day prophecies since they have been around since the beginning of civilization.

A lot of "Nuts" have tried to predict the end of the world.. doomsday!!

And nobody will ever know... unless they actually just get a lucky guess!

It will happen in the twinkling of an eye... take you by blind surprise!  thumbsup.gif

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin. ~anonymous~

I can invision a variety of doomsday scenarios.

Atomic war.

Asteroid the size of Texas.

Another Ice Age.   (Despite the doomsday predictions of the Global
Warmists an ice age is much more likely to devastate the planet)

Massive Earth Quakes.

My Mom and Dad went to Austin TX is '81 or something...Im not sure exactly. Anyhoo, they went to this place called Enchanted Rock and its basically this really big rock out in the middle of nowhere, It was a really big event all these hippies ate acid tongue.gif and waited for the end of the Aztec calendar. The Aztecs believed after the calendar ended that the world would end.

Hmmmm.... someone earlier posted something about aliens coming back in 2012 or something like that anyway... I could just use my foresight... but im not doing that anymore... although on one instance I did see in my mind what I consider
