I have it on good authority that the Aliens are not using Earth side Bases anymore. They are now using Dimensional Vortexes to shift thier Space Craft in and out of our Time , Space Continuum.

Hi, welcome to um.. If you need to find out about bases just goggle some of the sites that are only about UFO's..They should be able to answer your questions.
