Virus called "Bombs.vbs"

I have just received a Virus Called " Bombs.vbs" and i have learned that this Virus is a bomb that is hidden in your computer for a specfic time to go off and destroy your computer. I have Deleted it but it keeps coming back every 3 to 5 hours. So does anyone know how to delete it Permantaley???

Checked Symantec, Trend, McAfee & Sophos all I could find was this

vbs? its probably done in visual basics... fairly simple to make a virus like that ya know just not as easy to Fix.. If I were you I would reinstall my os ASAP
