I think you are probably partly right...but he isn't trying to figure how he can run again...he is trying to figure how Obama can run again.  If they can undo that Presidential Limit thing...Obama for life...that's the plan...has been all along....

...that is what is so diabolical about ObamaCare...in the end...it guarantees the Democrats eternal power...

Why all this nonsensical paranoia? About him in particular, I mean? it can't just be because he's a Dem, there seems to be an extraordinary paranoia, it's not going too far to call it fear, about him personally. It can't just be sour grapes, it seems to go way, way beyond that.

This may be just a rumor, but I would doubt it couldn't be possible, ya know? I mean, first black president? If I recall, the rules (traditions) required that presidents possess three things: 1. Must be an American citizen, 2. Must be 35 years of age minimum, and 3. Must be white. If these traditions can be altered, I don't see why the control group couldn't throw in a new breaking of the rule-Can only serve 2 terms maximum. Ya know?
Really? Whenever was that a requirement? Obviously, when these things were framed, it would be automatically assumed that any President would be White, but even if that was still a requirement, surely no one's going to try to say that it should still be adhered to should they?!

* Anyway, has everyone forgotten Franklin D. Roosevelt?

It says on the Pedia,
The two-term tradition had been an unwritten rule (until the 22nd Amendment after Roosevelt's presidency) since George Washington declined to run for a third term in 1796, and both Ulysses S. Grant and Theodore Roosevelt were attacked for trying to obtain a third non-consecutive term.
So it seems to have only been an official rule since 1951.

Life is a hideous business, and from the background behind what we know of it peer daemoniacal hints of truth which make it sometimes a thousandfold more hideous.

My personal belief is that he creates so much paranoia because he is black. People can say that doesn't matter but it does. I think there is a deep rooted feeling that people feel towards  those that are not like them and I think that is why you see so much of it.

My personal belief is that he creates so much paranoia because he is a leftist radical with socialist ideas and communist influences in his life.  I didn't want to have to vote for Romney...he was my LAST choice...I wanted Cain..because he was black...because I figured...if Cain is nominated...that takes the whole Race Issue away, as you would have both candidates being black...then it would boil down to which black man had the better ideas...and Caines ideas, and resume so far outsurpass Obama's that it isn't even comparible.   But, no, we can't have that...we have to destroy Cain...exactly for that reason...because having two black candidates would have killed the race issue...and the Democrats THRIVE on it.

...so the Dems were able to dictate who the GOP picked to run for president?

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth a war, is much worse...A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

I would imagine there to be something in the Patriot Acts to allow a president to keep power in times of disaster or war. You can bet if anything bad happens from high winds to nuclear war, the president will be blamed and conspiracy theorists will go nuts!

And this is exactly what i mean. This is just pure paranoia. There is no resemblance in any possible way between Barack Obama and real Communism. it's utterly nonsenseical to even say so.

This IS just a rumor ,but a reporter pal of mine said...he heard Bill Clinton ,and some adviser of his, have been pouring over the ins and outs of the 25th amendment I believe, which designates the number of terms a president can have ,and he's trying to figure a way to run for a third term .
My politicos here in nyc said Hilary would have run ,if Romney had won ,but now they think she won't .
If she won't ,Bill just may try . It's like its an addiction for him .

Whoever the D's put up will either come up soon or you just may be correct.  Who knows?   Who really ****in knows?

It is the 22nd Amendment and I have heard the same rumor only it was at the behest of Obama.

Obama will get to appoint 2-3 new supreme court justices which will create an extreme Left leaning anti-constitution Supreme court  that many now believe not only can but will be used to not only abolish the individual right to bear arms but abolish presidential term limits as well.

Ready for a dictatorship?

Well they were certainly able to decide who wouldn't. Herman Cain was lambasted 24/7 by the left wing MSM for what never proved to be more than rumors. It was sickening and they were absolutely relentless until he dropped out and never again was a word mentioned about the supposedly vile acts that were so important for the world to know. The acts Bill Clinton was guilty were far less admirable. What was it Cain supposedly did? He knew a woman? Or did he grope her? Oh, he looked at a woman once? Doesn't matter. The woman who "so bravely" came out was accused of false accusations in the past and I think she wanted to write a book about her incredible story of bravery in light of the big story of the day. I think what the MSM did to Cain was disgusting.
That said, I think it was clear that Herman wasnt fully prepared for the job. I liked his 999 and his successful background and his personality but he wasnt informed enough about other diplomatic issues. Maybe he'll study up and make a comeback in the future. He certainly had better credentials than Buttrock did going in.
