What would you guys call this?

Hello.

I'm not sure if these type of dreams I have, can be called deja vu.

I don't really know much about this so I'll write down my own experience.

I can't remember when I had this dream exactly. I was in a indoor space, it looked like a

hospital hallway. I saw people dressed in white clothes.

I was there waiting for something but not really sure what for.

A boy comes to me to shake hands with me. I do then I left going inside near one of the rooms

I was waiting. After this I don't recall more.

Now this is what happened in real life.

Last month, middle of december, I was asked by my mom to get a receipt for my brother from

a hospital section. I go to get the receipt.

While I was inside, the're were doctors around, I asked one for my brother's receipt, she told me to wait.

I go sit near the entrance of the room she told me to wait.

A boy comes to me and introduces himself.(he was being hospitalized that morning)

We shake hands then the doctor calls me inside the room.

After I leave the hospital, with the receipt, I think about that boy and, I'm having a weird feeling that's I've seen that boy somewhere.

I wait a bit to recall it then I figure I had a dream about this.

I can only remember my dream after I experience the event.

I've been having this experiences for over 10 years now. About when I was in school or about my family.

When I wake up, in the morning, I can't remember most of my dreams. Sometimes I remember parts and I write them down.

I'm not sure If I actually have these type of dreams each night, of just 1/2 times per month.

I only get this deja vu feeling when I have a new experience, something like meeting someone or buying something new, or going somewhere, in another town, things like these. But I also experienced dreams (and the event afterwards) when to one of family members happens something bad or they fight and I'm near seeing it, but I can't actually recall hearing much.

The scientific answer is that you just "Think" you are remembering the boy as being in your dream. You did have a dream.... And stuff did happen in the dream... But your brain fills in blanks sometimes and makes you think you previously met someone, or that you previously dreamed of some event. But, you are really just fooling yourself unconsciously.

The Christian (religious) answer is that you had a vision, sometimes called a prophetic vision. You may have been shown this kid because there is something you need to do for him. You might have already done it, when you spoke to him, and not even known it. Or perhaps you were meant to go back and speak to him again, and offer encouragement, or something. At the very least, you should pray (good thoughts) for the kid.
