lol of course it could be faked, jees. There's no signatures, official markings and it could have been made by anyone, it doesn't even look authentic. Sheesh.

These "documents" pop up all the time.

It looks like as if it were typed on an old Underwood typewriter. But some of the type looks as if were pasted onto another piece of paper. Note the 'one of three copies' at the top of the page. The word one appears to be pasted onto the document as when it was photocopied, the paper is raised slightly creating a black shadow.

Second: I find it highly unlikely that here the pathologist as the find of the century and does a bare minimum autopsy. Barely a page and a half.

Third: While some of the terminology is correct for that time period, other words and phrases are not.

All in all I would say it's a genuine fake.

I agree with stillcrazy. Although it appears to be done on a typewriter, that literally means nothing. It's not a consistant font, you can see distinct differences in a lot of the same letters. But, typewriters still are in use today, so that devoids that. As he pointed out, I can see also where it looks as if parts where cut and pasted and then photocopied into one. Also mentioned, it's just a piece of paper.. no signatures, no authentication, nothing. It's just some paragraphs typed.

I'll say 100% fake.

Faked. Intresting idea though. It reads like something from The X Files.
