Still Waters Posted March 12, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2016 Harmony of the Seas, the world's largest cruise ship, has begun its first sea trial in western France. Thousands of people gathered to watch in the port of Saint-Nazaire as the 70m (230ft) high vessel was guided out to sea by six tugs on Thursday. The €1bn (£783m; $1.1bn) ship is being built for the Royal Caribbean International (RCI) cruise company. The 120,000-tonne vessel is expected to be delivered to the US-based firm in two months. http://www.bbc.co.uk...europe-35781787 Previous thread: http://www.unexplain...howtopic=282825

freetoroam Posted March 12, 2016 #4 Share Posted March 12, 2016 (edited) And theres more, jeeze how much money do they make after refunds: ERRRR...can they use this word? . Ha, can not use it on here! Just a few weeks after the ****-covered, disabled Carnival Cruise landed in Alabama, the cruise industry was hit with another PR disaster: Last week, a Royal Caribbean cruise ship returned to shore after an 11-day cruise during which over 100 passengers and three crew members fell ill with the norovirus, a gastrointestinal virus that causes vomiting and diarrhea. The virus is usually spread by water contaminated with feces. http://gawker.com/59...a-causing-virus Edited March 12, 2016 by freetoroam

America is really secretly very fond of anything royal. How many Disney movies have there been about beautiful Presidents or First Ladies? Very few. How many have there been about beautiful Princesses? Well then.

skookum Posted March 13, 2016 #10 Share Posted March 13, 2016 Looks vulgar like the most cruise ships nowadays. Personally a nice holiday beats a floating Butlins any day.

+Noteverythingisaconspiracy Posted March 13, 2016 #12 Share Posted March 13, 2016 A dream come true, being trapped on a boat with up to 8,000 other people. When you put it like that it sound a lot less appealing. America is really secretly very fond of anything royal. How many Disney movies have there been about beautiful Presidents or First Ladies? Very few. How many have there been about beautiful Princesses? Well then. Heck they even made a movie about a Danish prince marrying a beautiful American woman. Like so many "historical" Hollywood movies it never really happened. (She was actually Australian )
