i was in the forest making some nature shots and its came up on one of them

No idea. It is weird the way this person or whatever it is has a shadow though, this makes me think it is definitely something living. I am not sure a spirit or anything like that would have a shadow.

Just a comment, not claiming anything ... but on photoshop there's a feature where you can place one photo over another and adjust it so that it's see through, or near it. You can create shadows quite easily, a novice at P.S can do it, so anyone with any knowledge can blow your mind.

I would agree with you on this !

For soemthing to cast a shadow it must be solid . so maybe you overlooked it at the time of taking the pic . Go back to the same area and double check
