Newbie with a forthcoming book!

Hi,

As a brand new published author with my first book, thought I'd take a few brave steps and introduce myself to everyone here... original.gif

I have written a science fiction novel set inside a giant world ship (self-contained, with houses, rivers, forests, lakes, shopping centers, cinemas, eating out places, etc...) on an immensely long, adventurous journey through space. With alien encounters through nightmares... it's actually a horror story. More details about my book, shortly releasing in the States, can be found on my publisher's site:

I actually had (still have) some high hopes for this to be turned into a big budget sci-fi movie in the not too distant future...

Thanx,

AA

Thanks for the compliments everyone... I'm actually quite nervous ahead of my fantasy going out into the public domain.

Anyhow, I'd be keen to hear of other projects that people are working on here, as I think the 'artists and writers hangout' is sure to attract only the most talented folks.

Congratulations. I am also with the same publishers, and have just had my second book published by them. I hope your dreams are fullfilled! thumbsup.gif

Two books in print? Wow, that's just fantastic. I wish you excellent sales.

Finally, I just managed to upload an avatar for my posts that's the right size. It's actually an image of the giant starship ark "Centauri Princess" featured in my novel. Let's see if it looks right...

Wehheey! It's up. original.gif
