"So!"...'The good folk of Denver'..want to ballot the people,..as to the  creation of a commission ,..to investigate the American governments honesty regarding the existance of E.T,(And alien cures for cancer!????)..But ..The 'MIBs' of the Colorado state ...Are attempting to stop them are they? .....IT'S a classic!....That there America....Is truly a Wonderful and 'WIERED' country!!! Will the commission be chaired by 'Robin Williams' assisted by 'Jim Carey'??

Why does the proposal need a ballot?

I would have thought that Colorado had an IT team in place anyway just for keeping the website updated. Doesnt mean that this 23,000 bucks is an additional cost at all.

What a waste of tax payer dollars.  Even if it does pass, are they really going to get any answers?  Probably not.  If there really is a cover-up and they all the evidence in the world, the government will still simply deny it.  And what if they say there was a cover-up, what then?

Let's put this money into something more useful.
