SafeNet_0432 Posted August 19, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2007 FISA Court Sides With ACLU Against Administration A breaking news story this evening: the secret FISA Court has ordered the Bush administration to respond by August 31 to an ACLU request for orders and legal papers discussing the scope of the government's authority to engage in the secret wiretapping of Americans. Red Alert ? hey isn't that 90 days up yet ? a scare somewhere ? you know they won't honor the court. they have no respect for American law or the constitution.
