Who is mysterious Korean woman ‘Chip-chan’?

Nobody knows what Chip-chan’s real name is. We don’t know for sure where in Korea she lives, nor where her family is. But we do know, however, everything she does, every day of the year.

Why? Because Chip-chan continuously broadcasts her life through three webcams. And Chip-Chan does not lead a normal life.

Aha, chip chan was nickname of that korean girl. Yeah I know that incident.

In Korea, There is people who claim that they get attack from mind control electric weapons.

Quite small number of korean claim that I'm suffering from electronic device, or chips.

No one knows, and interesting point is nobody cares. Korean government and korean people consider that people as insane.

I don't suppose there's any chance she'll agree to a psychological or physical exam. Psychological to find out what she's thinking about, and physical to prove or disprove any imbedded technology. I would suspect schizophrenia. Either way, does she enjoy her Internet fame, or is she trying to hide from it? There's always the chance that the whole thing is a hoax, but it's a really in depth one if it is.

I remember following that case years ago. I had found her cam but all that really went on during that time was mostly just her sitting in amongst piling of books and papers.
