The surveillance camera footage shows a white glowing shape appear in the right hand corner. Now, I agree that I would have first have a skeptic thought process and think it's more than a bug on the lense then headlights. Although, it seems more contained in the area the camera is pointed at then from what I have seen of bugs on lenses. I find it interesting, how I see this wispy light and how it's acting. I could still think it's a reaction to the movement of air or wind and the interaction of the temperature.
