I just read that local police and military are running exercises out in San Diego for a "zombie invasion"...   of course, they have to point out that its all in fun...   who ever said a zombie invasion would be fun and why waste all that time, money and manpower over a hypothetical situation that is all in "fun"??  I'm not buying it....
Im not worried about zombies. I worry about starving people with high powered rifles.

Pegged it my friend with the big storm nicely done. I wonder if it's the beginning of bigger changes?

I believe that feeling is humanity's energy shift into the higher vibrations. The dark ones are fighting to keep control but as everyday more people become aware of their true self and spread love and light.. that dark energy dwindles.

Something big will happen in most of our lifetimes I know that for sure. Anytime soon though? I don't think so. Nothing too drastic or out of the ordinary from today's usual cretin leaders.

@HoboMoo I'm not sure if you were joking but the Mayans never said anything about the end of the world now. If the end of the world were coming, trust me, you'd know it was. The Mayan thing is just western sensationalist drivel.

This world needs a change for the better though and we can make huge changes in a single day, finish them in a month. And this world would be so much more desirable to live in. Have the corrupt, money grubbing CEOs responsible for the GFC stood down. End all wars. Promote democracy and peace. Enable fair living and capitalise on improving quality of life. So much change can be done in a short amount of time.

That doesn't quite fit the picture, as in it doesn't explain that people in other parts of the world are getting these feelings..
Whatever it is has to be global in context.. Perhaps though this signals the start of stormy weather?

The more I think about this the more I try to place this into a smaller more simplistic context.
The feelings, for me anyway, are similar to a hunger, or a want for change now.. So here's my latest simplistic spin on this..
"We're all hungry souls, waiting expectantly to be fed."

I like this.. But Democracy is a fallacy..
IMO nations need Direct Democracy, not the election of "not so evil Moron #1" over "Evil Moron #2"
The power of true change lays with everyone on earth, not a heirarchy that's elected or not..

I agree, democracy could be best said by Jefferson, "Democracy is like two lions and a lamb deciding on what to eat for lunch". But if not democracy, what else?!

I knew the GFC was going to happen. All the share price were skyrocketing and I thought, this cant keep happening, where is all the money coming from? Something big is going to happen. And then the GFC happened.

Something of our choosing one hopes..  And not something as blatantly one sided as voting for "not so evil New world order" over "Evil new world order" lol. Personally I'm hoping for a form of direct democracy that will remove governement altogether, neo-socialism, and an organised dismantling of the current corporatocracy. I want a system based on people for peoples sake, not people for profits sake..

Interesting that you've mentioned the Global Financial Crisis.. Because most of us know that it ain't over yet by a long shot. Globally the Crisis is on-going and getting worse and it makes one wonder if this something big that's going to happen could be the innevitable collapse of the Bond Markets, Dollar, and entire system of fiat currencies.. Personally though, I think that's just the tip of a larger iceberg we're headed for, as in it's only the small percentage of this "something" that we can see.

Yeah right now you can see the laws and stuff sway more towards the big corporations. You get more of a punishment from downloading a few songs than killing someone these days. Does that not say enough?

The beginnings of democracy had good intentions but right now it is being exploited.

Well we can fix those problems before the rest of the iceberg emerges. It's just those in charged are obsessed with becoming so powerful we will never get there and these holes will get dug deeper and deeper. Put away those who are greedy and power hungry and we got ourselves a solution already.

The problem of course is that any sort of power will attract narcissists. Good people generally seek peace and simplicity. In the end any sort of powerbase will be dominated by smart or charismatic narcissists or sociopaths. There is no way to avoid it. If you want to be in a powerful role then you are the last person that should have it. However if our leadership and government was more like jury duty then we vote from a pool of people who were not seeking to be there, we might have better luck.

The thing is I don't watch the news.. I heard some stuff about money from people but that's it..

Same boat. I haven't watched TV for 5 months or so, and am mostly ignorant of all of the doom and gloom around me in world news. This feeling originated inside for me, not outside. Still figuring it out; very slowly.
