The blinks are dots and the movements of his head are dashes. It is a secret message, probably for the NASA employees and their families, but check it out. I've deciphered it if you want to cut to the chase. Otherwise, see if you can figure it out yourself. Deciphered: Just kidding of course. No Morse code there. It sounds like a boss telling the people that work for him to take time and get a plan together in case something was to happen. It seems that you are reading way too much into this. A lot of bosses remind their employees about safety issues. Just like when my chief reminds all of us how we would handle different emergencies at home as well as at work. It is being thoughtful and he wants to make sure that if something does happen that as many of his staff show up to be able to do the job that NASA does regularly that are important to our country running normally; taking care of satellite issue, be it communication or positional. It isn't ominous, it isn't proof of an incoming alien attack...it is just good advice that everyone should be doing, not just NASA employees. I see signs of the zombie apocalypse in conspiracy theorists on a nearly daily basis anymore. They may not be eating human flesh, but there is definitely an affliction of the brain. Overly so. But I think that your percentage is way too high. I personally hold that the majority of people on the planet are sensible. Genetics in nowdays are probably on a very sick levels, and who knows what are they doing out there, good,bad i dont know. Zombie apocalypse, comet elenin.... What are you talking about? NASA's not trying to tell us anything...unless of course you work for NASA (and you do not). It's self explanatory really. prudent pro-active preparedness for people in various NASA centers, several of which are in areas where dangerous events can and have occurred.
