Wait....hang on.... What was the event he was doing? Was he tied up? Mouth covered?

Obviously there is NEVER any excuse for rape, but this just seems strange. Did he sit there and let the woman undress him, make him hard and then just sit there quietly while she had sex with him? Did he say no at any time?

I know not saying no doesn't give someone the right to have sex with you, but you would think if he didn't want it he would have said no and pushed her away. Very weird!!

The art installation he was performing in was open to all kinds of abuses .

He was lucky he was not injured, or worse, by some crazed fan .

In a private room , obviously no cctv , no security , just a famous actor with a bag over his head and apparently , you could what you liked to him , including whipping and raping . I wonder if he would have reacted differently if it was a man who did this , would he allow it to get to that stage ?

Why do I get the feeling I really don't want to read that article?

It was a paper bag over his head and there were loads of people outside the door. The article does not mention if he had his hands tied behind his back and duck tape over his mouth, if that is the case, then maybe, but without that being confirmed, so far...no way!!

I think this is his excuse to his girlfriend after having a quicky, he did not expect it to....travel through the line!

So it really hurt her as well, as I guess the news of it travelled through the line.

Biological differences make it rather unlikely that a woman can 'force' a man to engage in intercourse. I think there's something a bit off with Mr LaBeouf's story there.

Nothing about the alleged rapist getting arrested, although everyone outside apparently saw her:

“There were hundreds of people in line when she walked out with dishevelled hair and smudged lipstick.

But after reading what else he had been up to, I am surprised he is not walking about in a shell suit.

This is exactly why Mr LaBeouf's story doesn't hold up to scrutiny. I think he'd have been better off to have claimed 'temporary insanity' or 'sexual addiction' or even 'the devil made me do it'. If his GF buys this then she's pretty darn stupid (even by Hollywood standards).

While for the most part I agree with you, it's been known to happen...

Not saying it happened or not but do i sense an overwhelming 'it must be his fault' mantra going on.

I'm not sure what to make of this... Probably because I don't know anything about the event. Was the point of it to just sit with a paper bag over his head and let people do anything they wanted to him? If so, that's pretty weird and I'm not sure how it's art.

That's because in all probablilty it is "his fault" (at least somewhat).

I say this because a female can be grabbed, held down, her clothing removed, and violated by force...all without her ever becoming aroused or feeling anything beyond pain and horror. For males claiming to have been raped by a female the formerly mentioned dynamics become highly unlikely. Were Mr LaBeouf claiming to have been raped by another male the scenario would be far more believable IMO.

But not impossible. Don't forget there are thousands of men out there who are physically abused and battered by their wives and girlfriends. It cuts both ways, it's just far less in the public eye.

Doesnt matter the dynamics. You must assume it happened until all the facts are in. You would slam someone for saying that about a female. I dont care about what you feel happened. After all the evidence is in then say what you will. Rape is not something to ever take lightly... male or female.

And lilly your awesome so dont take my words wrong.

Well if this women did mess with him without his consent, then she should be arrested and prosecuted of sexual assault and face a jail term, just as a man would be if it were the other way around.

No, it doesn't "cut both ways" from a biological perspective.

Gee, then there must be thousands of Oliver Milquetoast little bitty guys married to Brun Hilda huge Amazon gals. Men are generally much stronger than women. Most men aren't living in fear of being physically beaten/battered by females.
