Its really odd how speices shunk, from the dinos that turned into birds, while our speice from the lumurs got bigger, what would have cause it?

Thanks Stillwaters did`nt see the other post, but it is odd like the million year little tiny horses that evolved bigger.Yet the penguin got smaller.

Personally I'm glad penguins aren't 6.5 feet tall anymore.

food maybe, they do say when we aquired meat we got bigger, but that does`st explain the other species.

Climate maybe, but from what I understand evolution was from the adaption to the environment. But what kind of environment would make a speice bigger or smaller?

I always believed these things happened to better adapt to the environment the creature was exposed too. Is this not somewhat correct?
