Holland's capital already has a special hit squad of municipal officials to identify the worst offenders for a compulsory six month course in how to behave. Social housing problem families or tenants who do not show an improvement or refuse to go to the special units face eviction and homelessness. I saw an article yesterday where the city is going to force prostitutes and their clientele into certain areas and provide them with something similar to a "drive in" - an enclosure big enough for a car to pull into while the johns get serviced. I can see were it would cause more problems than it is worth. The scum will all get together and teach each other new and better ways to be a** holes. It's been up for discussion for a while now and in the end they always find enough reasons not go through with it. (the children of those asocial families shouldn't be punished for their parents' acts for example) It just shows the severe problem they have with certain asocial groups. These ppl make it a sport to harass their neighbours, wether it be with noise, dirt, garbage, screaming at them all the time, and more stuff like that. As current law stands it's very difficult, if not impossible to evict these asocials. So it's always the harassed family that ends up having to leave their home. So of course the government wants to do something, but it's not that easy to find a way out of this. Because some asocials just refuse to be cordial and don't ever wanna change their ways. And also, the arguments that they will form groups in their trailer parks or "asocial villages" if you will, is not something new. Because they already form groups in the neighbourhoods they are in right now, and collectively harass a certain family in that neighbourhood until they leave. I have no real reason as to why Amsterdam could hold FEMA camps, it's just the Government is involved in so many conspiracies and God knows what else, it makes your head spin.
