Mould found covering entire Domino’s pizza

Still Waters

A man was 'revolted' to find his Domino's pizza completely covered in mould.

Matt Hewett, 41, of Surrey, bought the pizza from a Tolworth branch to share with his son and had already tucked into a slice when he discovered green specks on the crust.

Just disgusting! Glad he noticed it, before he had a chance to eat it!

Judging by the picture and description, I think the man had already had a slice himself. Fortunately, he was the only one and it doesn't appear that he suffered food poisoning :-)

Eww. Stuff like that from a restaurant is really unacceptable. I would have thought, mistakenly, that these places regularly check their refrigeration units and packaging to make sure everything is as it should be.

There is also a chance this story is a complete hoax too.

I guess Domino's and I have varying understanding with the definition of the word "fresh".

As a store manager for Domino's Pizza I find this almost impossible, at the very least that something like that be sent out to a customer.

This had to have been put in there as a joke.

Even a joke can hurt a business's reputation unfortunately.
