The Greatest Deception of all Time?

How would you feel if you were taught that things are a certain way, and that there are certain truths incorruptible, such as "God" created everything, he is male, and is very possessive. only later, you find that the stories you were told were stolen history, re-written and plagiarized into a system of control and domination, turning wise beings into "demons" while demanding blood rituals such as communion, while causing all major slaughters and wars in history as it divided itself into other systems of control in order to pit them against each other?

Then you find that the "Garden of Eden" was a place intended to keep mankind in a beautiful cage and that the "Evil One" who "tricked" Adam and Eve, was in fact their biological father setting them free from his insane brother who wanted man either ignorant and controlled or dead! Then you ask yourself why it is our instinct is to sacrifice ourselves for our children, literally if needed, but "God's" instinct is to sacrifice his children for himself?

Then you discover that the New Testament Jesus was created from “Mithras” as was the resurrection story and that the words of Jesus came from the far east systems of Buddhism and Taoism, in some instances word for word, even using the same parables to teach people! And why does a god who has no favorites say outright that the Jews are his "chosen people" and Israel is his holy city?

How would you feel if you found out that it was Satan who stopped “God” from killing off man in the flood and every other plague the “loving father” unleashed on humanity without mercy and it could be proven? Then you discover that Satan was and is not “fallen” at all, but refused to allow an alien council to decide mankind’s fate and rebelled against the council as did others, and decided to fight for man. Then you realize that this is the “Rebellion in Heaven” spoken about in the Bible!

What I would like you to ask yourself if you would want to know the truth as it really is, not corrupted. Would you want to know your true origins and potential as a spiritual being created by the very consciousness of Creation itself, while being biologically created by a being from another planet who not only fell in love with what he created, but saved them from his brothers attempts to kill his creation because the unintended consequence of creating man was that Creation instilled them with spirit, which is a literal part of the consciousness and life-force of Creation itself.

You may even ask yourself if my conclusion is correct... the devil's greatest achievement was not in convincing man that he does not exist, but that he is GOD!

Welcome to UM Dragon! That's quite the construction you have going there. You should have a pm chat with Ambelamda. :w00t:

Rather than floating a hypothesis which appears like a straight lift out of a SF&F book, how about coming out with some hard evidence.

How would you feel if you were taught that....

All things considered I'd feel like I'd have a pretty decent draft of a new Dan Brown novel  Edited by Paranoid Android

Well...

Bear in mind that other cultures have vastly different kind of creation myths. At least in my culture, the fall of mankind and the paradise lost myth is completely absent. There was no global flood myth or sibling rivalry myth in many part of East Asia.

I think the harsh environment of Canaan should be blamed for the Garden of Eden myth. The living condition in ancient Canaan was crappy as heck and this naturally drove people to imagine the original paradise that was lost to them.

Even if a culture has some kind of paradise myths, they are not necessarily the birthplace of mankind. Quite the opposite, usually.

True. And some don't seem to have a paradise myth. It's not prevalent in many Native American cultures (at least not originally). Many of the "paradises" never actually existed on Earth (Valhalla) but are an afterlife.

I once came across a description of a pre-islamic djinn, which is a desert spirit and I thought it fit the description of the old Testament God pretty well. Maybe it was a djinn who fooled Abraham, Mose, Solomon, etc...

According to pre-Islamic lore, the djinn are born of smokeless fire (which in modern terms could be plasma). They live very long lives but they are not immortal. According to some accounts, they live with other supernatural beings in the Kaf, a mythical range of emerald mountains that encircles the Earth. In modern terms, they live in a parallel dimension.

The djinn like to roam the deserts and wilderness and inhabit caves. They are usually invisible, but have the power to shape-

shift to any form, be it insect, animal, human, or entity. They have long been regarded as malicious and dangerous, capable of bringing bad luck, illness, disaster and death. Even when granting favors, they have a trickster nature and can twist events for the worse.

The other description I found included starting wars between peoples, but I lost lost that source and can't find it. When I found this bit of history I thought, now the Bible makes sense.

Been reading gnosticism and watching video about it. Many ancient christians called the wrathful jewish god demiurge. Satan is the closest christian parallel to the demiurge.............................................................

There were some Gnostics who believed the world was inherently evil, they considered Yahwhe as a lesser Deity of evil nature, the Demiruge, who ruled over this plane of existence. That this Deity has forgotten that he is not the Higher Purpose, or try to deceive us but is nonehtless ordering this world with the help of the ''archons'' (some sort of entities).

But then the Higher Purpose sent a prophet, Jesus, to liberate us, to bring us knowledge of the True God. That by transcending this physical world - the ''lower-level'' - one can in fact 'escape' it by glimpsing the Divine and in a sense become truly enlighten (you can easily draw parallels with Buddhist teachings). Gnosis = Knowledge.

So maybe the OP should delve into Gnostic teachings.

You're higher on the list of deception than those two.

Noah's Ark? Shouldn't be on the very top of that Turkish mountain which is notorious for being really hard to climb on?

And I am eagerly waiting for angry Christians to bomb the LHC. That will finally cause the world to see the true Christian color.

Or just being high on really strong s***.

I am afraid there are millions of AMERICANS who agree with him. I am wondering why they don't band up together and create their own ISIS.

Not just the Americans, one guy in the UK claimed the LHC was going to open a portal to hell and bring about the apocalypse.

Mythology and science doesn't mix.

It's easier to accuse the "Elites" of mass murder?

I read that the aeon Christos possessed Jesus during his baptism. Scholars say it's closer to the Hindu Advaita Vedanta than Buddhism. There's a deeper meaning to Gnosis. It's similar to the Hindu moksha than the Buddhist enlightenment because it doesn't happen here but knowing your inner light through what mystics call the third eye is part of the process. It's important to see this light while your alive. "If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you".........................................................

Yeah it's the reverse of the new testament. You have to work to earn your freedom from this world...................................................

"Border Collie", I noticed that you say you are "just testing". Who and what are you testing, and why? If you want proof, do the research. So many want not only the Truth, but the proof as well. Some things come with actual work. Such as readiing over 30 books (without pictures, over 700 pages and small print). "Big people books" is what you may refer to them as. Researching everything including radio, video documentaries, reading others research and studying ancient history from every angle. It has taken me 3 decades. You want proof, earn it like most of us have.
