We have 2 deadly spiders in Australia

The Funnel Web is the deadliest - probaly in the top 3 in th world.

The Red Back is a cousin of the Black Widow.

All have anti venom medications...

I'm 38 and have lived in Sydney, Blue Mountains and Central Coast for all those years and have seen Funnel Webs in thw wild on about 4 occassions...

Our Trapdoor and Mouse Spiders are a mystery. Not deadly but related to Funnel Webs and best avoided...

But for sheer ugliness and creepiness - although not poisonous ironically - I give you the Huntsman. This fellow likes to live in your house and hitch rides in your car...He can grow to about 10-12 cm on average...

Don't say that.

Its not true. Australia is home to thousands of deadly spiders.

Your putting these people in danger by saying that its not true.
