T3- About 44 mbps

Then of course there's the Optical Carriers

Most college dorms have t3 but you never get to have all the bandwidth to yourself since there's like hundreds or thousands of people on at the same time. There might even be so much people that it may take 3 or more minutes to load a basic web page.

Most offices have t3 as well. If not, t1.
