I think it took place in South Africa. A man walks into a large downtown supermarket just before as its preparing to close.He heads straight for the meat section and finds the biggest butcher knife.He used a twelve inch I'm pretty sure, and he rested the knife down on the chopping board and pushed his neck against it killing himself instantly at the halfway mark.I dont have an article but those are the basic facts.
