I like Clive Barker, i have all his books and some of his artwork, and im slightly wierd in that i like pain, so what with the suspension i do and scarifications and piercing, i think if was a character in a film i would be a Cenobite

I first discovered this site back in 2003. Came here everyday for a couple of years to read the articles, never even looked at the forums. When I decided to join in 2005 (to access the members only galleries),  the Sci-Fi channel was airing the series Farscape. Pilot (one of the characters in the show) used the term "stardrive" for his faster than light mode of travel. So as I tried different names, all of which were taken, I thought of "stardrive" and it was available. And the rest is history......

A long ago comedy team George Burns and Gracie Allen. He ended the show with "say goodnight Gracie". I just changed the spelling.

As youngster I remember being told this was because he couldn't read to well, is there any truth to this?

While I'm here I better add the reason for my 'handle'...

My fathers nickname is Chubby (or Chubb), this in turn lead me to come up with Junior Chubb when out 'tagging' as a youngster, it has stuck from then really...

Mine is a playon word on a british DJ called Annie Mac,so I changed Mac to Smack for humorous reasons because she is rather crazy,and Ali because at the time I thought she was called Ali.
And I have a picture of Katy Perry as my Avatar because it's a funny picture,which I find amusing.
It is probably good i've kept the name Ali as I am male,so would probably sound silly if I called myself Annie

Mine was originally a name I made up for D&D eons ago for kind of a swashbuckling kind of character. Now it's the surname of my privateer character garb when I go to faire.
