Is someone who can't fall in love Evil?

My relatives think I am dark and evil because I can't fall in love.

I think the idea of love disgusts me.

The idea of me putting my heart and soul in the hands of another,,,

if anyone truly worth of so much power over another soul?

I do believe in agapee love.. and love for my family etc. I just don't

believe I will ever meet a soul mate and fall in love romantically.

I like to make people angry with dark poetry that is against love.

By love i mean romantic or soul mate love, I don't believe in it.

So this is why I will never fall in love marry etc.

I find it strange how people and my relatives think I am evil for not falling in love

or ignoring girls I don't like. It's only common sense I would pass up the ones I don't like.

Then again I don't have time for love...I have so much to do.

Some people are shocked by my dark poetry and anti love writings.

I enjoy their reactions to my dark poetry... i just let out an evil laugh

and smile with glee.. ! lol They're so easy to influence.

So what do you think are people who can't or never fall in love evil?

Well, isn't there a saying, "hearts are made for breaking"? I thought I read somewhere something to the effect that, the heart that has never been broken, will also never know true joy...just some food for thought.

Not at all and never is a very long time especially when you are young.

Then again I don't have time for love...I have so much to do.

Falling in love is easy, nourishing and growing that love takes work. Do what you need to do, live life and don't sweat it, One day you may just be taken by surprise

"Evil" seems a bit harsh. There's a wide gap between not finding someone you consider worthy of your romantic love and, say, mass murder.

But as some have already posted, you just haven't found the right person yet. One day, someone will come along that will rock your world.

Why should this be any different than the love you feel for a woman you marry?

To call not being romantic or wanting to marry someone, or being asexual as evil is just plain silly, in my opinion. There are plenty of people who go through life happily without getting married or dating. It's abnormal, and others may have trouble understanding, but that's their problem, not yours.

One thing though... you say you "like to make people angry with dark poetry that is against love." This is the part that sounds immature and self-serving. What's the point of that? It makes you seem childish and like you're lashing out, and people who lash out usually have been hurt in some way. Maybe your family sees you as 'evil' in this regard because you're trying to make them see you that way.

I kind of agree with what Purplos said. Down the road everything changes. Sometimes you think this is the way things are and nothing going to change, then suddenly everything is different. A broken heart is a part of learning. When love works it is great, when it don't it hurts, but you learn and grow from it.

it took me a while, and a few tries,but i learned, and that's why i've been single for quite a while now- sick of having my soul kicked in by a$$holes who didn't know how to treat it properly.

but i wouldn't trade a second of any of it for all the opium in china.

when I know it's just chemicals.. in the brain... releasing feel good chemicals.?

I do this with certain herbs... and putting my mind in certain state of mind...

also since many people can give you that same feeling..

doesn't it take the magical.. and spiritual aspect of it away?

I just get amused at how easily i can make "normal" people angry with my writings!

Especially people who believe in love.

I do it for my own amusement.

I just think there is to many stupid love songs

and love stories out there.

Are the people who write those teens?

No this was just a random thought I had.

This is not the forum for promo.

A dark poetry forum or Tumblr is good for that kind of thing.

I was just asked the question... because some of my relatives

and people I've met say I am evil...

because I don't fall in love...

and because of my writings..

If anything my writings are self empowering...

and when people get angry about them.. i laugh!

good! at least I am honest in my views...

just like i don't like stupid love songs..

they can't stand the real thoughts in my writings....

I just find it fascinating that people made a big deal about my poetry...

you know? They act like we must all believe in love.. and write crap about

love rainbows.... and butterflies flying in the sky...

Herbs are wonderful. I drink certain teas for energy and mood.

Some for vitality... veggie smoothes.

and some herbs to help me relax and fall asleep...

and these are all natural teas... They do help and are great!

also take note that asexual just means someone who is not attracted to anyone sexaually...

but they DO fall in love... and even form couples.. they just don't like sex.

I am not asexual. as I do have attraction to women..

lusting and sexual attraction is much different than falling in love....

My question was if a person can never fall in love..

do you consider that evil? and why ?
