Please go back and read Sakari's last few posts.  I think many of us are enjoying this thread and look forward to Cowboy's posts.  BTW, I think you are a very talented photographer, Cowboy

Sakari, I just want to say you make this board a much better place with your wisdom, wit, and patience  :tu:

Some people may disagree :) ......... Thank You though, I appreciate the compliment.

Yes, Sakari, you do have the patience of a saint.  Me..?  Let's just say - Mike G, I fully understand your comment, but.. - I don't think Roadmaster04 is exactly what you suggest.  However, I do find the image unconvincing of anything much and the whole story *very* questionable..

And.. as there have been previous interesting posts from RM04 like these:

Jesus in a tablet wrapper
A Grey in the woods
..and others..

..... I think I'll just back out of this thread and leave him to it...

That really depends. At the start of this thread, my first assumption was B.S.......But, assuming is wrong, and I know that.I am patient, and I like to try to " feel " people out, and also " research " what I can before passing judgement.( except the obvious topics....I will not mention them )

A few things......I googled roadmaster ( real name not this one ) and after seeing pictures he has taken, it is quite obvious to me two things....One, he is very talented, two, he is telling the truth about how he received this picture.....If anyone has not noticed, he has not come on here saying this is a Bigfoot for sure, he is actually listening, and taking everything in.( even the smart asses, and handling it well I might add ).

I have nothing but respect for people that can actually discuss things here, and are here to find a answer....Not here to shove what their opinion as fact down my throat and get mad if I disagree.

Do I believe Bigfoot exists, no.( pretty obvious if you know me here )

Do I believe roadmasters accounts on this topic?......Yes, 100% .......He received a photo from a friend, along with the accounts leading to the picture. He posted here looking for help, and to get advice. He is going above and beyond what anyone else posting anything like this has done....Gathering more information, attempting to get a video interview, and investigating, researching to come to a conclusion......How many people do that?

Very rare here, and when it does happen, people need to realise it, and enjoy it while we have it........

Don't chase him off......I think he is smarter than that anyway, and can ignore it.

Below's reply shows exactly what I am saying, Roadmaster even laughs at how someone thinks they can judge the size just by a picture !!!! ...........Kudos Roadmaster, and I am sending you a PM !

How are you measuring the creature?

I find it humorous how some people think us skeptics are all jerks, and are close minded.....I have been called the " resident skeptic " by a mod here.....I think how I handle topics shows how true skeptics really are, and there are more here than people think.........

Back on topic :)

I think people have a hard time proving any factual basis for their beliefs so they get defensive and they take any question as a direct challenge instead of just giving it some thought.

I'm not going to judge him for his opinion on this picture.  I couldn't tell a lot about it but that's they way pictures sometimes are.

I have heard some really strange things here where I live.  Things that there aren't any logical explanation for.  I'm not saying they are bigfoot but they were some blood curdling screams coming from the forest close to my house on a couple of occasions.  It would make the hair stand up on the back of your neck they were so piercing.  There have also been people around here that swear they have seen a bigfoot.  So who knows maybe they do exist.  I personally would like to see a body.

2 Cross Creeks Game Warden tell me they can't explain what the screems are, some speculation over big cats or an mink like critter or Fox, but the Wardens have told me it is not a known sound, Cowboy T.

@ Cowboy, Google The Fox Forest and give "Territorial response" a listen. They sound very similar to me, though yours is louder, maybe due to being in hollow or "holler" as we say. But you are a better judge having been there. Maybe it could help point you toward some explanation, anyway.

I heard a fox once that I still can't believe was a fox, the craziest thing I have ever heard in my entire life. Even my huge territorial tomcat wouldn't mess with it and he could've taken it.

I'm just not sure, but thats why I didn't bring this recording into this thread I just can't say what it is, I do so much hope if this creature is a real "Bigfoot" it has stayed safe throughout the years, Cowboy T.
