How do I remove all photos submitted to this site so that I can use a new photo for my avatar? Since a 119kb file size is too large, I can only assume that it would put me over the 250K limit for the site.

Hi Kasey.
I think I get what you mean. The size limit is 250k per picture, so as long as it's within the size limit you can just change your avatar pic and the new one will overwrite the old.
Have you checked the size as well?

Go to the picture and use the "report" function, and just say delete picture and a mod or saru take care of it

The size limit for an avatar picture is 100k - that's the reason it isn't uploading.

Not to sure about all photo's....
To remove Your photo..
Go to profile setting's, and click on change my photo...
There is a red button there to remove photo...

Maybe this site/tool can help You with Your avatar....

Click browse.... to select the pic off Your computer...
Leave the pixels in the box below at 200....
Then click resize...
Once it is finished it give's You the option of 3 different crop's, Top or Left crop, Centre crop or Bottom or Right Crop...
Just copy the link that appear's under the one You want and paste it into a new Tab or a new window in Your browser, once avatar is displayed right click and save...

Why not just reduce the image size by another 19k ?

I tried to compress the file, but the lowest it would go and still look decent was 104k. 
I did ask for help in the comPEWtor section. The help provided therein was something web-based and I don't know enough about Photoshop to try fiddling with it here at work.
