AmpleFyre Posted October 3, 2011 #5 Share Posted October 3, 2011 I don't know if it's just me, but I expect a teacher to stop a fight if they see it happening/starting.

skylight1 Posted October 3, 2011 #8 Share Posted October 3, 2011 This is like the exact opposite of my school. None of the teachers care.
MeUrza Posted October 3, 2011 #9 Share Posted October 3, 2011 I was most taken with the fact that the teacher was just barely speaking English! There were combinations of letters there that are not words in any language.

WoIverine Posted October 3, 2011 Author #14 Share Posted October 3, 2011 that was stupid and not an unexplained mystery Um, there's also news, and random articles on here of public interest. That's why we have forums other than unexplained...

Andami Posted October 4, 2011 #16 Share Posted October 4, 2011 They actually let kids have their phones with them in school? The whole thing looked a bit staged to me... Ever since the Columbine incident, a majority of schools allow students to carry phones on them. They aren't supposed to be visible, but really, who follows the rules? Xanthurion2 Posted October 4, 2011 #17 Share Posted October 4, 2011 Um, there's also news, and random articles on here of public interest. That's why we have forums other than unexplained... yes but there are sections for things that are not unexplained mysteries such as off-topic or science and technology and this is in the unexplained mystery section. i know i'm making a big deal out of nothing and derailing the topic so i'm sorry. back to topic, this sort of thing happens all the time in every school, sometimes not with threats from the teacher. You're right though, this fits more in off-topic. I'm sure it'd get more views there too. Anyway, BAM now that's hard talk, yeah it happens everywhere, but seeing it is another thing. Sir Wearer of Hats Posted October 4, 2011 #19 Share Posted October 4, 2011 They actually let kids have their phones with them in school? The whole thing looked a bit staged to me... "you can't offend their freedoms like that" or some other inane justification.
