I actually listen to one of Linkin Park's live albums and just scream along with the words rather then sing, that helps release a lot of built up tension.

Or for one that's just makes me feel I've been there and at peace is Beethoven- Moonlight Sonata. I know it's not a song just music but it's very peaceful and beautiful.
