girty1600 Posted June 9, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 9, 2005 08 Jun 2005 11:08:27 GMT Source: Reuters WASHINGTON, June 8 (Reuters) - The FBI has arrested two California men after one of them allegedly admitted he attended al Qaeda training camps in Pakistan, the Los Angeles Times reported on Wednesday. Hamid Hayat, 23, and his father, Umer, of Lodi, California, were taken into custody on Sunday, the newspaper said. Both men are being held on charges of lying to federal authorities, the Times said. Relatives of the two men told the newspaper the two men did not have any links to terrorism. According to an FBI affidavit cited by the Times, Hamid Hayat told agents he attended al Qaeda training camps in Pakistan in 2003 and 2004. "Hamid advised that he specifically requested to come to the United States to carry out his jihad mission," according to the affidavit quoted by the Times. "Potential targets for attack would include hospitals and large food stores." Family members of the Hayats told the Times that dozens of FBI agents confiscated videotapes, photographs, fax machines, prayer books and other items from their home in Lodi on Tuesday. source

More then likely soft targets (cheap hitting sobs). Those guys are going to get nailed to the board.
