How to opt out of Obamacare and not be fined

I don't think I have seen this here, so if it's already been posted, I apologize.

I'm going to list five ways to opt out of Obamacare.

Four of which are alleged religious exemptions, which seems quite biased.

One still has to go to court, but if the other three are exempt....

First, just don't do taxes so you get a refund.

No refund, no penalty

Second, become an Amish American Indian, that practices the Muslim religion.

No really.

It seems to me if you have the ability to pay normal medical expenses, that you should not be forced to support an insurance company. If medical costs in the States were not so inflated by all the insurance and legal and other stuff that goes on there most people would be able to afford medical bills in all but very few exceptional cases.

Some people cannot afford to insure themselves. This is the alleged point of Obamacare.

How the EXPANSION of medicaid will solve the original problems is beyond me.

Medicaid fraud is the bottom line in all of this.

Medicaid fraud (or NHS fraud in the UK, or Medicare fraud here in Oz) is the reason "socialised medicine" gets into trouble.

If it was just for people who couldn't afford it, in emergencies then something subsidised by taxes would be fine. ohh and if pharmasutical companies didn't charge an arm and a leg for basic medication, that'd help too.

Canadians are Americans. ;)

Dwellers on the same continent who don't pay Obamacare, right?

No, I'm referring to the only country with America in its name, hence the only country that's called "America".

One would have to prove their religion forbade them from having insurance in a court of law and they would probably receive the same exclusion, Simbi.

If the government can be so empowered as to force people to live opposed to their religious beliefs, what kind of freedom of religion is that?

There are all kinds of exceptions to freedom of religion from a ban on infant sacrifices to not permitting church bells be rung certain hours. I think if the public need is demonstrable and important, then any freedom can be put in second place.

Of course you think any freedom can be put in 2nd place; just listen to your posting history. Again someone would have to prove in a court of law that ringing bells at certain hours were their religious belief and if they succeed then they can ring the bells. If you can find the federal precedent laws being "all kinds of exceptions to freedom of religion" I'd love to see them.
