beyondherself Posted December 13, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2014 My brother has told me on numerous occasions recently that he sees a shadow person - that looks like a man, sitting on the couch at night. Just curious if anything can be done to remove this? Is it harmful or should he/we be worried? Thanks

+DieChecker Posted December 13, 2014 #4 Share Posted December 13, 2014 My brother has told me on numerous occasions recently that he sees a shadow person - that looks like a man, sitting on the couch at night. Just curious if anything can be done to remove this? Is it harmful or should he/we be worried? Thanks I'd ask if your brother has any belief system, or religion? If so, then a member of that religions leadership, ie a priest, could look into the issue and provide a lot of comfort and possible meta-physical involvement, which could chase away this entity, or perhaps convince your brother that it is gone, which is basically the same thing. If he wants to try something on his own, then I'd advise thermal imaging cameras, and other ghost-buster equipment to prove to himself that there isn't anything really there. If he can convince himself of that, it probably will go away. Convincing yourself that something is really there is probably the worst thing you can do. This gives the entity (if you believe in such things) power and brings it more into reality (as far as the one believing in it is concerned anyway).

Stubbly_Dooright Posted December 13, 2014 #6 Share Posted December 13, 2014 I'm not saying that positively he didn't shadow someone on the couch, but sometimes I wonder on how much you can trust seeing something at night. Of course I wonder, is the room the couch is in dark and this is viewed from outside the room? Or is this viewed in the room with the lights on? I think matrixing can occur a lot in a dark room. With me, and the home I'm in now, I sometimes see movement, pinpoints of light, and such out of the corner of my eye from the darkend kitchen. The thing is, was it something or was it just my eyes? Now, I have had various unexplained experiences in my home for the last ten years, so I'm not dismissing the possibilities for me and your brother. I just wonder how we can look at it another way as well.
Crabby Kitten Posted December 13, 2014 #7 Share Posted December 13, 2014 That can't be nice for your brother Perhaps there's history of the building that needs looking into. Why is he seeing this? Could he sleep in another room until his room is draped in sage and vanilla insense. Welcome and keep us updated.
