This morning I woke up and it had mostly melted and turned a yellowish colour. I refroze it, but it still maintained yellow chunks... I'm just wondering if it's still ok to eat because it was an entire box with only about 3 skoops out of it...and I hate wasting food...or desert. Don't really expect it to taste all that great though... the butter fats have separated. It won't kill ya though, or even make you sick... it's just not gonna taste too good.
