Disturbing Parallels of the Colorado Shooting

Test Theory

Recommended Posts

There are general, suspicious, and highly frightening parallels among the Colorado shooting, the Dark Knight Rises, the comic book character Batman and subcharacters, and preplanned or prelease information by public officials.

• Bruce Wayne’s drive to become Batman arose from witnessing the deaths of his parents, Thomas and Martha Wayne, at the hands of a small-time criminal who shot and killed them after they left a cinema.

• The Batman video game called Arkham City takes place in an abandoned cinema (the Monarch, outside which Wayne’s parents were killed).

• In the third issue of DC Comics’ Batman: the Dark Knight, a gritty retooling of the Batman character that was written by Frank Miller in the 1980s, the Joker kills an entire late-night TV audience with gas.

• In the same book, a man shoots up a porn theatre after getting fired from his job.

• The Dark Knight Rises features at least two scenes where unsuspecting people are attacked in a public venue: the stock exchange and a football stadium.

• A page from Batman: the Dark Knight Returns features Arnold Crimp as a mentally unstable Gotham resident “inspired” by Batman who shoots three people dead in a movie theatre.

• Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine, a university in Colorado located approximately 16 miles away, was in the middle of holding specialized classes in disaster life support for 150 second-year medical students. The scenario being used to train the students at the time was how to respond if a shooter fires at people in a movie theater and also used a bomb in the attack.

• In another shocking coincidence, a trailer that preceded The Dark Knight Rises for a movie called "Gangster Squad" shows gangsters emerging from behind the screen to shoot up a movie theater.

• Holmes began studying for a PhD in neuroscience at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver last year but dropped out a month ago, after taking a oral exam. The last course he took was in mental illnesses and psychiatric disorders, according to the college. Previously he had studied at the University of California where he obtained a first-class honours degree in neuroscience. He once described his fascination with altered states of mind in a lecture to other students, at a science summer camp in San Diego on "temporal illusions". The video footage of Holmes was taken at Miramar College in San Diego and showed him explaining that "temporal illusions" are "an illusion that allows you to change the past". Holmes said he had been working on "subjective experience, which is what takes place inside the mind as oppose to the external world". • Gunman who massacred 12 at movie premiere used same drugs that killed Batman star Heath Ledger.

• Lil' Wayne appears in a sparse movie theater with his friends and a number of skeletons as part of his latest music video 'My Homies Still' which was released just hours before the Colorado shooting. Adding to the suspicious timing is the fact that the second line of the song makes mention of a semiautomatic gun- saying 'no click click'- which was one of the weapons that shooter James Holmes used to fire off his quick and fatal rounds. The most controversial portion of the video begins shortly after the 3.30 mark, as Lil' Wayne is seen going into a largely empty movie theater.

• It appears the FBI attempted to remove from the Internet a warning from 2 months ago that theaters would be attacked.

•James Holmes may have been involved in mind-altering neuroscience research and ended up becoming involved at a depth he never anticipated. His actions clearly show a strange detachment from reality, indicating he was not in his right mind. That can only typically be accomplished through drugs, hypnosis or trauma (and sometimes all three).

• $20,000 in weapons, ammunition, and tactical gear, much of which is very difficult for civilians to get in the first place.

• Where does an unemployed, introverted medical school student get the training to deploy sophisticated booby traps, tactical body armor, weapons systems and more? Certainly not in graduate school or the field of neuropsychology.

• Colorado University also pulled web pages related to the graduate neuroscience program from its website. Those pages can now be accessed only with a university password.

• The Batman video game called “Arkham City” takes place in an abandoned movie theatre (The Monarch, outside of which Bruce Wayne’s parents were killed).

• In the “Dark Knight” graphic novel by Miller, the Joker slaughters the audience of a television talk show with gas.

• In the same book, a man beleaguered man shoots up a porn theater after being fired from his job, killing three people with a handgun.

• “The Dark Knight Rises” features at least two scenes where unsuspecting people are attacked in a public venue: the stock exchange and a football stadium.

• Shooter has full ballistics gear on for theater filled with unarmed movie-goers, yet immediately removes protection when faced by armed police and surrenders without a shot fired?

• Another trailer released with The Dark Knight Rises, the Skyfall (A James Bond movie) trailer flashes Aurora: "I went to see 'The Dark Knight Rises' with my 22-year-old son, at 3:15 pm, on Friday, July 20, 2012. One of the first visuals that stuck me, before the film began, was what I saw in a preview (trailer) to the forthcoming James Bond movie, 'Skyfall.' At the about the 39-40 second mark of the trailer, quite readable on an IMAX screen, a frame appears with a vivid skyline. Right there, up front, is a building with a red sign that reads Aurora.”

• Prince George’s County, located in Maryland, police already had plans to train for a mass shooting on July 20.

• SO far documented, 1 ambulance 1 fire truck, several police, one Joker getup, a shirt with a bullet hole and a total of about a dozen crying people in photos. No CCTV footage, NO shot up theater pics, No bodies being carried out, This is a lazy cheap fake at best, being rammed down the throat of the public by a scamming media. And after being quickly nailed by viewers of Aljazeera, and having people point out immediately that the dead osama photo published in the U.S. was fake, it seems they did not want to take chances with stock photography and therefore we are seeing NOTHING OF PROVABLE SUBSTANCE.

• Photoop picture highly suspicious and looks clearly staged. - http://educate-yours...g/cn/actor1.jpg

• Police radio communications CONFIRM - Bat Man shooting STAGED, PREPLANNED, A DRILL. Police are clearly heard it is mega obvious the drill was not even of primary importance to the police department, it's just a side thing. Ever heard of "wag the Dog",

THE FIRST 11 MINUTES OF THIS ARE SILENT. DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU INTO THINKING THE MP3 IS EMPTY. AUDIO STARTS AROUND MINUTE 11.

When I've finished unscrambling some eggs I'll get back to figuring out what the import of all this is. :w00t:

Where does this kid get that kinda money and means to get such tactical gear?

And how many times are we to believe they happen to be performing drills for the same exact thing that happens at the same exact time it happens? This also happened on 9/11. The London bombing, and OHC bombing.

"As I was sitting down to get my seat, I noticed that a person came up to the front row, the front right, sat down, and as credits were going, it looked like he got a phone call. He went out toward the emergency exit doorway, which I thought was unusual to take a phone call. And it seemed like he probably pried it open, or probably did not let it latch all the way. As soon as the movie started, somebody came in, all black, gas mask, armor, and threw a gas can into the audience, and it went off, and then there were gunshots that took place."

I don't usually like to get caught up in conspiracy but the drill on the same day has my attention... Any source to confirm that?

Also, how does someone aquire $20,000 worth of gear without drawing some attention? Where was Big Brother on that one?

I'm no conspiracy theorist but I agree that some of these parallels are interesting.

Hi PM!! :)

Nah, not hard to get at all. We own all of the weapons found in the possession of the shooter and more. We don't own that much ammo. As to the SWAT gear? eBay or just a quick Google gives access to tons of it.

• Police radio communications CONFIRM - Bat Man shooting STAGED, PREPLANNED, A DRILL

Where did you see that? I know that Colorado has a LOT of drills and preplanning for hostage and mass shootings due to Columbine. My ex-brother in law is with our county sheriff dept and SWAT team. He was at Columbine (not during, after for search and investigation). Lot's of mistakes made there (not going in right away) and since then all of our police depts have done training to help fix those mistakes.

Dunno about the money or the timing of drills but the police around here do it A LOT.

NIBS, hey girl, how have you been? More importantly, where have you been?

From what I understand, the kid didnt even have a job. With all the would be bombers who get thier supplies directly from undercover FBI agents, I wouldnt be surprised to find out that he didnt finance this on his own at all.

Yea there is a little confusion there. Im not sure if the police were part of the drill at all. The Dever post says there was a drill, same day, at the Parker medical school

Hopefully we may get some answers why he did this. When i read he boobytrapped his apparent and had explosives, it reminded me of Andrew Kehoe, who in 1926 or 27,commited the Bath School massacre in Bath michigan. He wasn't a great farmer, and owed money to his wife's family, had medical bills for his invalid wife, and had arguments about his property taxes. He intensely disliked the school superintendent.Keohe was a school board trustee, and would sometimes make repairs at the school. As he did so over many months he planted explosives around the school. He also planted explosives around his farm as well. Kehoe never had a trial or jail time. When the school blew up, he drove to town.He was spotted byt the school superintendent who approached his truck. When he was close to the truck, kehoe fired a shotgun into the floor of the truck, which then blew up,

killing the super and spreading pieces of truck and kehoe all over the place. Many were wouned or killed by this second explosion.

Crime Library at Tru TV has information about it.. Maybe Holmes sat down, and pretended to take a phone call, then went outside, put on his gear, and came back in.Unless he didn't act alone, but had an acomplish, they guy who had the supposed phone call.

I'm assuming that he had money from student loans. The school he was dropping out of was willing to work with him so I'm betting he had paid for the first semesters at least. NOT a cheap school. It's the only thing that made sense to me. I don't think paying the loans back was a concern of his.

Dunno about the FBI stuff.

Eh, this bit doesn't concern me too much. Like I said, these are ALWAYS going on. Schools, hospitals, churches and businesses. (Like I said in another thread, Colorado needs to find a new way to be a trend setter.) We had a shooting at a hospital not too long ago. Also one at a church.

One other thing. This kid came ready for a fight. Full body armor. This to confront a completly unarmed public. Then when the police show up, he just gives up without so much as a single shot fired. Youd think this would be more of a suicide mission. Knowing you will probably get the death penalty, or life in prison, your not only not going to kill yourself, or have police do the job for you, but your not even gonna try to get away? This is very strange.

Ok, this only MY suspicion, I haven't heard anything about it. BUT -

I think he was off to do more carnage and was hoping that his "disguise" (body armor, mask, etc.) would allow him to blend into the scene as another officer and he could go cause more havoc and death.

I wouldnt have thought to much about it either. But there definitly seems to be a pattern here with emergency mock drills and tragic events.

He warned police that his apartment was booby trapped. That doesnt sound like a guy who was out to shed more blood then he already had.

Added on July 22nd: "He allegedly wore a helmet, a throat guard, a ballistic vest, ballistic leggings and gloves and was dressed in black." (

http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/explosives-removed-from-james-...)

In other words, this guy was equipped with exotic gear by someone with connections to military equipment. SWAT clothing, explosives, complex booby-traps... c'mon, this isn't a "lone gunman." This is somebody who was selected for a mission, given equipment to carry it out, then somehow brainwashed into getting it done.

I'm looking for the interview with Oates but I think he was saying that something the shooter said lead the police to believe that the apartment was booby trapped. In the video I linked to he is vague about what exactly said but didn't really say he warned them.

OH, here is an interesting article about how the shooter almost got away with looking like a SWAT member.

Here is Oates briefing about the shooting, he doesn't say anything about being warned. I think that the shooter flat our warning the police may be a bit speculative.

Don't forget the cost of all the training (thousands of dollars) and the bomb-making equipment. Holmes reportedly had 30 improvised grenades, mortars, binary liquids that explode when mixed, wires, exotic bomb equipment... this gets expensive very quickly (even if you can source this equipment!).

The mere manufacture of an explosive booby-trap device is, all by itself, a felony crime by the way. And remember: "Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates said Holmes' apartment is booby-trapped with a 'sophisticated' maze of flammable devices. It could take hours or days for authorities to disarm it," reported Yahoo News (http://sg.sports.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/suspect-neuroscience-phd-stu...).

Question: Where does an unemployed, introverted medical school student get the training to deploy sophisticated booby traps, tactical body armor, weapons systems and more? Certainly not in graduate school!

All this leads to an obvious third party influence over all this. Someone else taught this guy these skills and funded the acquisition of the equipment.

Internet. :) Not sure how much training a guy who is getting a PhD in neuorscience would need to make chemical stuff.

I dunno all the answers. I just have my own little pet ideas.

Yea I havent seen the exact quote yet either. Though just saying anything that would lead the police to believe that the apartment was booby trapped, doesnt sound like a guy who was really going to try and kill them with it. Or he just couldnt keep a secret :)

Imagine the guy just walked away?

What do you think about the eye witnesses saying they think someone let him in?
