There are other Iceland Elf threads so I don't know. With regards to this incident (haven't finished reading the entire article yet) my first thought was: http://icelandreview.com/news/2010/09/03/psilocybin-mushrooms-harvested-iceland There are hallucinogenic mushrooms in Iceland.
