I caught wind of this awhile ago, it would be nice if the pilot could say if he lived near Luke Air Force Base or Sky Harbor, but there are the occasional strange flickering/glowing lights that appear near or over Sky Harbor every now and then which are caught on tape by some guy lives near South Mountain.
