If you watch the video at 40 seconds, you can make out the string holding up his mask.

Here is my analysis.

1. The Camera.
A few people said this was a monkey in a zoo. This has a few flaws. Brazil has a policy where Apes/Chimps meant to bring the apes to their enclosure when the zoo is closed. If they recorded in a zoo, that means some one would had to download, smuggle it out.

2. Movement.
Going by the utter blurry image quality, the movement is not of a wolf or an monkey. The image below shows a center show of the "werewolf" if you look down that is his/her hand. This is not how an ape/chimp move. they move on their knuckles, not on their flat hands.

Posted Image

3. Body Structure.
let's get a close look of the moving being.

-Look at the arms, They are too thick. Also there are no visible hairs sticking out.
-His knees are more human. They are not thin but thick.
-His face... is a mask. Due to the poor quality of the picture I am going out on a limb and say that it is either a horse mask or a wolf mask.

--Who is the guy standing in pic #1 with arm bent like he's holding a camera to his face? It doesn't look like a reflection to me, but that he is standing inside the pic zone.
--The "knee" in the second pic doesn't look like the rest of the "animal's" body covering. I think the costume stops at the waist.

Did anyone else notice that the "security camera" appears to be moving around a little? I smell a set up. I agree this is some dude in a suit.

Here at Intel we make processors on 12 inch wafers. And, the individual processors on the wafers are called die. And, I am employed to check these die. That is why I am the DieChecker.

Out of curiosity, are we postulating a werewolf as being a bipedal canine with the body features of both a human and a canine?  Or the shape-shifting legend?  If we go with the first idea, baboons look far more like a human/canine hybrid, IMHO.  If we are discussing the second....well....magic is all sorts of hard to discuss, but I would like to see a discussion of myth somewhere in this forum.

In all seriousness, under which of the two possibilities is the Maned Wolf, an at most 2 foot tall, 75 lb quadruped, like a werewolf of either the bipedal type (necessitating a taller vision) or a human canine hybrid (necessitating a heavier form).
