Also I meant more the fact they go around threatening everyone like Iran etc and have nuclear capabilities, where as Iran threatens nobody properly and doesn't have nukes. Making Israel more dangerous. (especially as Israels track record of attacking others is far worse than Iran's)

What a stupid comment. There is a difference between someone saying something on youtube and actually seeing Israeli soldiers terrorizing woman and children in their homes.

I am not saying there is a Jewish conspiracy, I never said that once. The Israeli government is run by people who believe in a prophecy and put their religious fanatical believes over morals and human lives. I don't even know why I'm telling you this when they openly admit it. LOL

I did actually learn a lot in History thanks, I specifically  was told how History is written by the victor. That means it's not 100% correct, only 1 sides story. Maybe you need to study history better. You don't seem to know anything about it.

I'm not the one that takes everything I see on Youtube seriously. I'm not the one going around pretending there's some sort of worldwide Jewish conspiracy or something. ****, didn't you learn anything in history?

I learned that it was attitudes just such as the one's he and others display that led to the first Holocaust.  But history could never repeat itself, could it?  Funny thing though.  This one may start for one group and end for us all.

I could show you thousands of videos showing you how terrible the Palestinians were during the Intifada and how evil Hamas is these days. I'm not going to because a Youtube video has about as much sway these days as a blog. People can put all kinds of **** on Youtube and in blogs and claim it as fact. If you see Israeli soldiers int heir uniforms doing that with official equipment etc, then how can it not be real? If it's not then you are suggesting there is a conspiracy ... Oh the irony.

I agree with you Coffey.  I take no "side" in your discussion with MichaelW but I have noticed (and been involved in) arguments in the M.E. forum that have made it a less welcoming place for newcomers to discuss and exchange ideas on the issues of the day.  And I think it is important to discuss what is going on there because I think it will eventually affect us all.  We'll all be better off and the M.E. forum a better forum if we just say our piece and then agree to disagree rather than allowing personalities to become the focus.  So good on you!

You cannot seriously think that about me. You've seen a lot of my posts on here and you must know I wouldn't harm anyone. Even if I hated someone I would never take their life or freedom. I don't even believe in revenge. That's why I stick up for the Palestinians most of the time, because i feel they are being mistreated. If the situation was the other way around I would be sticking up for the Jewish people.

My point wasn't to single anyone out but to remind that the rhetoric today is very similar to the 1930's.  There is no doubt that anti semitism is on the rise - becoming more acceptable.  Just as then, when people need a scapegoat, Israel seems to be the target.  The difference this go round is that they are armed to the teeth and willing to fight for their survival.  If some other more reasonable solution is not found then war is inevitable.
