Still Waters Posted September 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2014 An imitation cigarette has won medical approval from UK regulators in what is thought to be a world first. Voke, which looks and feels like a 20-pack of cigarettes, has received the green light from the UK's medicines regulator as a nicotine replacement therapy. The product is set apart from other therapies by imitating the action of smoking, unlike nicotine patches or gums. http://www.telegraph...-cigarette.html

Ashotep Posted September 12, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 12, 2014 I think this is great since the nicotine in cigarettes aren't what kills you. Addictive yes but not what gives you lung cancer or COPD. Its all that tar and other chemicals that will do you in. I also wonder if some of that isn't addictive.
