can someone help me with this cause im really confuse which one will you belive

Both? First you need to know exactly what perfection would be, then you'd need way more time than a human lifetime to try to achieve that "perfection" you believe to be possible. Unless you're talking about daily activities but even then perfection is nearly impossible. Just my opinion anyway...

again this is just a quote nothin to get all confused about. no one is perfect it is implying tht u will just get very good at what u do if u practice and study it very well. like math if u suck at it and u study to the point where its ur fave subject. ur probly gonna be very good. therefore practice made perfect cus idk ull probly get 100 on ur tests.

Practice makes perfect is just alliteration. It was set up that way so that people would find the saying catchy and remember it. Practice makes improvement is probably the more accurate saying.
