So we train teachers/administrators to watch, judge and report "suspect" behavior to authorities in order to "tag" individuals as potential problems.  Using this information, in this persons future we can "restrict" them to certain professions?

Many probably are but should they be found out they would be sacked because of the risk of unprofessional behaviour. The reason is a lot of skinheads hate gays and blacks.

Reverse it around.

How many gay people hate the BNP enough to plant evidence on one if they were arrested for something?

All judges will at some point come into conflicts of interest. They are supposed to disclose these conflicts if they feel they will affect their ability to assign a ruling.

So, why are you making homosexuals a special case out of everyone else?

Dunno.  I don't know all gay people.  Heck I know people that may be gay and I don't know it...

I have a question for you.  I'm not being snarky, I really would like to know.

What job would an orphaned, gay, Jewish, black man be eligible for?

I think all people should be assessed to uncover all conflicts of interest.
