Wings of Selkhet Posted December 30, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2004 (edited) I didn't really know where to post this... Well, I've noticed that the chat doesn't work for a lot of people (like me), especially those of us who are technologically challenged, so I created an AIM chat for us. An old message board I used to visit often did the same thing. You just click on "buddy chat" as you normally do with AIM and type in the name UnMy Chat. You can invite just yourself or other UM members who are currently signed on to AIM. If you're on UM and you also have AIM, feel free to stop by the UnMy chat. You can also stop by to chat with your UM buddies even when you're not on the forum. Could the mods pin this or sommat? Saru Posted December 31, 2004 #4 Share Posted December 31, 2004 The chat room will work on all the main browsers, including Internet Explorer. If you are having trouble getting to to work, check out the chat room support on the second post in this thread. If you still can't get it to work in your browser, you can connect to the chat room using mIRC, which can be found at www.mirc.co.uk The server is irc.soothchat.net, port 6667, room #unexplained.
