The error returned was:

The file you requested to upload was greater than the limit the administrator has set for your group.

i was uploading an animated .gif file, (only 15 frames), and it said

, my question is, why?

delete, lock, move, merge, or direct me sumwhere else, the "help" section was kindve hippocritical if im using the right word

You might check the size of each individual frame. If the frames are too large then resize the whole animation.

The size of the file you were trying to upload was to big, exactly as the error says.

What is the filesize of the file you are trying to upload ?

Ok that's too big, the maximum size for a single file upload is 250k.
