Here's one making a come back in my area. Big Foot. The legendary missing link.

Some say that there's a group of scientist/anthropologist who like to play pranks, and design suits, mechanical-like robots, what have you; whereas others state the creature is real.

My grandfather and I saw something when I was a small child. Later proved a hoax, when the guy in the suit went for gunshot wound treatment. He fully admitted he scared the wrong group of people.

It's of interest, because so many here are wanting controllable phenomenon. From lighter-than-air craft, to all sorts of flashy stuff. And, this particular legend stems back to the "Scopes Monkey Trial", which occurred here some years ago. Where evolutionists challenged the very Bible belt.

I bet some drunken fool gets sewn in his monkey suit, and pelted with stones and beat with sticks. Happens every time they do this.
