Confused and needing advice!

I don't know where to go about this nor do I even know how to talk about this! But I'm needing some guidance!

Before something bad happens I start thinking of a friend or family member days before it happens! The ending result is of them dying in some sort of ways!

Let me explain a little better!

Since I was little, a friend or family member would come to mind! Umm..... So what would happen is I would think about them for days! To the point of not being able to have any concentration on anything else! It's usually like three -four days before they die! I think about the past and how many great memories we shared in details! The all of a sudden they die and it's very confusing and upsetting bc I have no idea what's going on!!

I don't know if by me reaching out to them would be any good!! Like saying "hey, I have been thinking about you a lot lately!"

Does anyone have any advice? I'm pretty lost bc it's like when that starts to happen they die and it's very depressing!

1. How many friends and family have died in how many years?

2. None have died of old age or while ill? How do they die? I mean one explanation could be family or friends talking about a person who is very ill or in bad health or aged or even living a wreckless lifestyle, and so this causes you to think about them more as others talk about them, especially if you were very young and didn't realize it or remember it.

P.S. Welcome to UM! :st
