I noticed by your other thread that you have found the time for this practice. It could be that this period of time is between one thing and another. Then I suspect, your logical mind is a bit anxious to move on to the next thing you have planned. In my case I can put aside between 30 and 90 minutes at a time. That does not include those mements when I stop what I am doing and just focus in on something that requires reflective thought.
