Last year or so, I don't recall anymore, but it was a documentary on searching UFO sites, near caves in Mexico? I think, at anyrate, they went searching in the caves and found this tiny body.  The point where the documentary ends they were just getting into the process of finding out what it was, it looked sort of mummified, to the investagators this was "proof" of alien activity.  So Greer must of picked up from there???  It was not Greer who did the documentary.   With his "tests", well the proof is in the pudding. If the tests don't hold up to scientific standard, then it is like the mermaid creature, monkey top and fish bottom glued together for a 10 cent circus side show, those who pay to see it are getting what they pay for - entertainment.

Ah, you've been to ATS!  Credit to Druscilla over there for first coming up with this.  Pretty clever..

It's an interesting thread, and well worth a read - it also links to Greer's video about the 'spaceship'  - particularly compelling  , but don't forget you'll need 'soft eyes' to see the craft as it flashes in and out of reality..........  Oh wait, maybe it isn't all that compelling..

Yes, that sort of stuff certainly makes Greer sooooo credible..  I mean, seriously folks - that is the sort of absolute GARBAGE Greer suckers the terminally gullible with..

I don't presume to say if Dr. Greer's ideas about being able to call down and discern invisible ET space craft are valid or not. I've not looked into his claims about this, so am in no position to know. It occurs to me that if Dr. Greer believes these things, he can't be accused of 'suckering' (knowingly deceiving) people in this regard. Do we have any actual evidence that he doesn't believe these things?

???  So all you need is to tell people you believe and it's ok?  Do you honestly think he (or anyone) would promote this stuff and then admit he doesn't believe in it?   May I suggest you pop on over to Nancy Lieder's Zetatalk, if that is your criteria.  In her case, she is clearly a lunatic.  In Greer's.. well, the dear readers can be the judge.

I might just pop back in 12 months time and we'll see where we are in regard to the experts, the DNA analysis and the full report.  Is that long enough, do you think?

BTW, here's the latest from Steve Greer's blog!!

Quote

The world renowned geneticist has started his testing.
Umm, why just now?  What has been happening all this time?  And funny he doesn't name the world-renowned fellow - is that so the MIB don't get at him?

Quote

He feels it will take at least 3 – 4 weeks to run the tests and analyze them.
That will be around mid-March given the date of the blog entry...  I can't wait!

Quote

The geneticist also gave all the information about the little being to one of the foremost medical specialists on genetic anomalies.
Ooh, another un-named but foremost person!

Quote

That doctor has concluded that even though it is only 6 inches in length it is not a fetus, but was 5 – 7 years old at the time of its death!
And how'd he do that then?  "More at ten", I guess..
But then he got down to the important stuff:

Quote

This research was possible through your generous donations and we sincerely thank you.  We are looking at a Spring 2013 release of the film and  are still accepting donations to help with the roll out publicity.
Please go to {spamlink redacted} and click under the trailer to donate.
If I was you, Bison, I'd donate.  If not, and he runs out of money just at the critical time and the thing gets put off again, we'll know who to blame. :D

ADDED:  I see the release date has been put back to Spring 2013 now, after the previous promise of December 2012.  Didn't see that coming...

Thank you, Chrlzs, for relaying Dr. Greer's report that the genetic testing on the tiny, mysterious body has begun.
I don't care to assume that Dr. Greer is knowingly deceiving people about what he believes, concerning the summoning of invisible ET space craft. There is apparently no evidence that this is the case. Dr. Greer's assertions in this matter do not constitute evidence of his claim, for they are the claim itself. It should be possible to discover real evidence of deceit, if it exists. Where, I wonder, is this evidence?
I'm inclined to think it might be difficult and time-consuming  to involve a prominent geneticist in this case. First there is the probable disinclination of such a professional to involve himself in such a controversial matter. Second, such experts probably have many time commitments already, and can not necessarily take on new work in a timely manner. Third, The services of such scientists do not come cheap. Since Dr. Greer has had to repeatedly seek funding, he is presumably working within budget constraints.
The issue of the age of the body was dealt with in the material linked on this thread. It was explained that the bones were reported to be calcified to the same degree as a 5 to 7 year old child. This evidence was held to rule out the possibility that the body was that of a human fetus.

Yes, sadly.  Folks like Greer don't ever learn to do real research, but they do learn from other scammers...

Steven Greeer is not purposfully deviecing people? So when he pretty much started making a name for himself back in 1994, and he said:

Quote

Primary in the event that there's a landing, an opportune to go on board. You will - come on - board, okay John, and err, and you need to stay behind to document that.I'll be boarding party member number 1, we just go around, 2, 3, 4, skip you..

Nothing like historical record is there :D

Here is the event I believe Chrlz mentioned:

In all fairness, I'll just leave that one up to the individual.

But worse than that, and why I cannot understand why people support this person, is his low act of trying to cash in on Neil Armstrong's passing. Really, for that alone he ought to be tarred and feathered.

Quote

Myth: Armstrong observed UFOs on the way to the moon, and again once he was down on the surface.

Fact: Most Apollo crews on the way to the moon noticed flashing lights "pacing" them, which turned out to be segments of their Saturn 5 launch vehicle, and especially the four panels of the "LM garage," which got jettisoned soon after launch.

LINK

Ed Mitchell also denies this claim, and he has stated Greer embellishes. Ed's actual words were I believe "He began to continuously overreach his data".

Anyone with an ounce of common decency would have washed their hands of him after he used Neil Armstrong as a personal cash cow. Not much Neil can say about it now is there. What a bloke huh.

LINK - Ed Mitchell Most Unhappy With Greer Using His Name As Disclosure Witness

That did not help though, even though Edgar MItchell asked Greer to remove his assumptions based on Dr Mitchell's words, Greer refused to do so. What a guy huh. Does not like to let go of a story does he. But you feel it is OK, because you feel he "believes" this is the truth? Even the "quotes" he has used, are refuted by the actual personalities being quoted, who also say the claims are lies and exaggeration? Interesting. Not Bee's brother by any chance are you?

(Edgar Mitchell) I cooperated with Steve Greer some years ago, but he began to overreach his data continuously, necessitating a withdrawal by myself, and, I believe, several others. I have requested to be removed from any web site, announcements, etc., but see that has not taken place.

Well, forgive me for a lack of confidence, but when you made that same claim about Frank Kimbler, Badeskov. who actually does such tests and is quite aware of the actual value of such showed that your information was very incorrect in that instance. Perhaps you could individually list the tests you refer to so we can see if that actually is the case, or as per the case of Frank Kimbler, not true at all. Considering past experiences, I am not sure why you expect a different result in this instance.

He is making a movie about Aliens, Sirius, surely it would be prudent to prove the existence of AN alien, and if genuine, then money would surely not be an issue any longer.

He doesn't have to prove they exist.  A video that can convince the faithful is all that is needed.

Exactly, only the credulous and the ignorant could possibly support Greer. And it is painfully obvious that someone with a medical degree is not that plainly stupid. It's a scam, no doubt about it. But he worse than the average scammer for using his qualifications to garner support. He ought to be ashamed of himself. Not sure how anyone could see him as even believing in himself.
