I've never eaten anything noticeably weird. I did once almost eat a tobacco sandwich as a result of a failed attempt to make something to eat when very hungover and plopped a butter piece of bread down onto a packet of rolling tobacco without realising it.
I once saw someone I know drink a pint of his own vomit. That was pretty weird.

Chicken feet, most people think that's weird, but to me it's just another lunch at yum cha. I also once had a dollop of congealed cow's blood floating in a bowl of pho. I love chicken feet but the cow's blood was virtually tasteless.

I have tried lots of foods that would be weird for many, but if I'd have to pick one, it would be jellyfish. It was a in a salad; raw, of course. It tastes a little salty, and has a really weird texture. Not how you would expect it to be at all.
